Responsibilities for Creator and Campaign Manager:
- Meet with the clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
- Design and organize an optimal campaign within budget constraints
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential Creators/influencers before the campaign launch
- Execute campaign effectively, on schedule, and on budget
- Lead and project manage events (offline/online) to support the Creator Ecosystem
- Be the face and voice of Creators to the internal teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across initiatives
- Maintain the relationship with the creator community
Qualifications for Creator and Campaign Manager:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ year track record of participating in successful campaigns
- Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of current market trends
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fast learner and able to work in fast pace situations
