Job Description(s):
  • Responsible for searching the new clients (Brand and/or Agency);
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies to achieve B2B sales targets;
  • Maintain good relationships with Brand, Tiktok, Shopee and Tokopedia affiliator;
  • Understand the client’s goal and identify opportunities within the client’s business to grow company revenue, help guide business strategy, current product enhancement effort, as well as new product initiatives;
  • Create a presentation, budget and provide supporting materials for pitching purposes to be presented to prospective clients and maintain frequent communication with clients;
  • Develop and deliver proposals that result in successful partnerships with a focus on creative and solution-oriented;
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, key stakeholders and senior leadership;
  • Keep up with the current trend of new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales field (preferably agency or influencer marketing);
  • Analytical, detailed, and result-oriented;
  • Target-minded and able to deliver results;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment with high pressure;
  • Native in Bahasa Indonesian, fluent in English;
  • Strong relationship with many brands and agencies (preferable);
  • Willing to work from the office (hybrid working days).
